SHIPPING POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday with a cutoff time of 12pm PST. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays, or when otherwise noted. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We will notify you if there is an issue with fulfilling your order. There may be delays on certain occasions and are usually posted on promotion details or product pages.
Shipping fees are based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping times are not guaranteed. We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Some orders may arrive in separate boxes and this may affect shipping rates and times.
International shipments may require additional tariffs/broker fees depending on the country. We will advise you of these costs if its required for your specific country/location.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns: To be eligible for a refund of your returned item, your item must: (1) be unused and in the same condition that you received it; (2) be in its original packaging; (3) include a copy of the receipt of proof of purchase; and (4) be returned within 3 business days of the sale.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to confirm that it is unused and in the same condition that you received it (no visible damages, defects, alterations and/or missing pieces). We will notify you of the status of your return and refund, if any, within a reasonable time after inspecting your item. If your return is approved, we will refund your purchase monies, if any, and cancel your sales contract and any security interest in such contract. We will notify you if your item is not approved for a return and refund. We will ship any non-approved item(s) back to you at your expense upon our receipt of your written instructions to do so. If we do not receive such written instructions from you within 10 calendar days from the date we notified you that your item was not approved for a return and refund, we may discard or re-sell the item.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own insured shipping costs to return your items to us. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee equal to 10% of the purchase price of the item. Any purchase monies will be applied to satisfy the restocking fee. If the amount of any purchase monies exceeds the restocking fee, we will refund the difference to you.
